MJ777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any service offered through the mj777 platform at mj777.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is between you (the player) and mj777.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the mj777 platform. Continued use of any mj777 service – including browsing, placing bets, or claiming bonuses – constitutes full acceptance of the most recently published version of these Terms and Conditions.

2Eligibility

To open and maintain an active mj777 account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction in which use of the mj777 platform is not prohibited by local law.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register linked to the mj777 responsible gaming programme.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your time as a mj777 player.
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

mj777 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If verification is not provided within the specified timeframe, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one mj777 account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means – is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you must supply a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC. This information is used to verify your identity, process withdrawals, and communicate important account notices.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mj777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurred because you shared your password or failed to keep your device secure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on mj777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your mj777 wallet balance immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.

mj777 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer)
• Visa / Mastercard bank cards

Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500, and the maximum per transaction is Rs 500,000. Verified accounts receive withdrawals within one to four hours during regular processing hours. mj777 does not charge any processing fees on standard withdrawals.

mj777 reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or in cases where fraud screening has flagged a transaction. This is standard practice and is done to protect players as much as to protect the platform.

Deposits made using a specific payment method must generally be withdrawn using the same method. If that method is unavailable for withdrawal, mj777 support will arrange an alternative. Players must not use gaming platforms to transfer or launder money.

5Bonuses and Promotions

mj777 offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements which will be communicated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion, the following general bonus rules apply on mj777:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• mj777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if terms are abused.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds past the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game. Disputes arising from misunderstood game rules will be resolved by reference to the published rules for that game at the time of play.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, mj777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes. No winnings will be paid for rounds that could not be completed properly due to a technical issue on the platform's end.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mj777 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or multiplayer card game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors on the mj777 platform to generate artificial wins.
• Creating or using more than one account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity documents.
• Using the mj777 platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the mj777 platform or its content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mj777 staff or other players through any communication channel.

mj777 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, relevant account records and transaction logs may be shared with the appropriate authorities.

8Account Suspension and Closure

mj777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached or that the account poses a risk of fraud, abuse, or harm to the platform or other players.

In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud or breach of terms, any balance in the account will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation concludes no wrongdoing, the balance will be released and the account reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting mj777 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met.

9Responsible Gaming
